Georgia Governor Pushes European Business Development

During a European economic trade mission, Gov. Sonny Perdue, Lt. Gov. Casey Cagle and a delegation of state officials made a stop at JCB's World Headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire, U.K. After touring the facility, the group discussed growth plans for JCB The Americas which is headquartered in Savannah.

"Georgia's business climate makes our state the ideal location to succeed and thrive, and we are spreading that message to business and government leaders throughout Europe," Perdue said. "Our international economic development efforts are stronger than ever, and we will continue to build relationships and encourage new investment and job creation in Georgia."
